Metallklebeband mit leitendem selbstklebendem

Elektrisch leitende Klebebänder können zu irgendeiner Breite von 3 Millimeter geschnitten werden und können vom Vorrat geliefert werden. Eine Breite von 25 Millimeter wird am allgemeinsten verwendet. Standardrollenlänge 16.5 Meter.

Wenn Sie größere Oberflächen umfassen müssen, können Sie mit unseren Ingenieuren in Verbindung treten.

Abschirmung Wirksamkeit

Viele Faktoren stellen die zutreffende Wirksamkeit eines abschirmenklebebandes fest, wenn sie angewendet werden, einschließlich Type und Stärke der Folie, Kleber type, Nähe des Kontaktes, Glattheit der Anwendungsoberfläche,Stärke und Frequenz des EMV-Signals, etc. Noch kann ein Verminderungswert unter Verwendung der Standardtests und der Befestigungen entschlossen sein.

Für Klebeband typische abschirmenwirksamkeit (Far field) ist in der Strecke 60dB zu 80dB (10 KHz zu 20 GHz). Für mehr Spezifikationen sehen Sie Tabelle.

Wir können alle unsere EMV Abschirmung Bänder in einem bestimmten Breite schneiden.

Like all Holland shielding system tapes, copper tape 3201 is available in standard and custom widths and lengths. Standard length is 16,5 meter.

Like tape 3201 with added tin layer for corrosion protection and improved solderability.

Aluminium tape

Developed espacially for aluminium housings and frames to prevent galvanic corrosion.

Contact Surface Tape

A metal tape with a highly conductive self-adhesive on one side and masking tape on the other side.

This contact surface tape is used to improve the corrosion resistance of construction metals (like untreated steel plates), or to improve the galvanic compatibility when 2 metal parts are connected with a gasket. After the parts have been coated, the paint overlaps the metal tape to increase the bonding.

Technical drawing:

A double-sided self-adhesive transfer tape for mounting purposes. This system can be applied much faster than a conductive glue and can be applied very accurately. No time required for curing (pressure sensitive version). For lower resistance and/or to fill gaps with a rough surface we recommand Shieldokit electrical conductive 2 components adhesive. (see conductive glue)

Die-cut mounting tape / Sandwich copper tape

A soft metal foil, laminated on 2 sides with a conductive self-adhesive. This is available in sheets and rolls.

Copper tape with paper insulation

Same as 3201 but with a paper layer added to insulate the top layer of the copper tape. Thickness of the copper is 0.035 mm with a 0.5 mm thick paper insulation layer. Available in 1500 mm width.

This is a 11 micron thick Amucor tape (Aluminium type), reinforced with 23 micron thick polyester and an acrylic adhesive on the back.
