Orders are shipped EX WORKS, meaning that all charges from our factory are to be borne by the buyer. Shipment can be done on our courier account (UPS, FedEx, GLS, TNT international or postal service). Please contact us for our very competitive shipping rates. Also please specify the service (Economy or Priority). You can also arrange shipping by yourself. In this case, please mention this on your order. We stock most items listed in our catalog. Any item not available for immediate shipment can be back ordered. We will inform you if an item is not a stock item, and we will also inform you on the next possible delivery date. Claims and Returns
A) No returns without a valid return authorization number (RMA NUMBER) issued by Holland Shielding Systems B.V.
B) No collect or COD returns.
C) All returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.
D) All returns must be in resalable condition.
E) Items returned due to customer error may be subjected to a 20% restocking charge.
F) "Special Ordered Items" and custom packages are non-returnable.
H) No refunds on shipping charges on returns.
